MISSION STATEMENT

MFE Enterprises aim is to bring to the marketplace RUGGED, RELIABLE, USER FRIENDLY and AFFORDABLE Magnetic Flux Leakage ( MFL )  Inspection Tools that can be used efficiently by the Nondestructive Testing Service Companies. A further aim is to educate the end users as to the advantages of using such systems for the fast and efficient inspection of their Plant and Equipment. As part of this education process it is important that they appreciate the limitations of the equipment and the techniques applied. There is not one inspection system or technique that is fool proof. Knowing the limitations allows the end user to make better decisions as regards the type of inspection that should be used and the fitness for purpose of the plant to meet statutory or code requirements.

BILL DUKE

Bill brings to the company 16 years of experience in Sales, Operation Management and Business Development in the Oil Country Tubular Goods Inspection Market, which has made wide use of Magnetic Flux Leakage for many years as the primary inspection technique for drill pipe, casing and tubing. The inspection principles are exactly the same as those applied to the inspection of Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST) where Magnetic Flux Leakage is used for detection and Ultrasonics is used for accurate quantification purposes. Bill has a B.G.S. from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from Rice University. Over the last 14 years he has acquired and continues to update market information on the AST Inspection Market.
